Part 6 of 7: When Menopause Meets Social Media

For years, women searched for answers about menopause and found silence. Dismissal. Fragmented information that didn’t explain what was happening in their bodies. Today, we’re finally seeing menopause discussed openly in medical offices, online communities, and everyday conversations, and that shift is meaningful. Women deserve visibility, language, and support.

At the same time, many women still feel overwhelmed. Alongside this, increased awareness has led to a surge of products, protocols, programs, and monetized information. While some offerings can be helpful, the sheer volume can make it seem as though understanding your own body now requires a credit card. It shouldn’t. Basic knowledge about a natural life transition should be accessible, not gated.

My hope in my work and in the groups I facilitate is to create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves without pressure or comparison. You don’t need a list of expensive tools to navigate this phase of life. You deserve clarity, compassion, and care that honors your lived experience. Menopause is deeply human. Your questions, your pace, and your voice matter. You are allowed to move through this transition without feeling pulled by the noise around it.
