Specializing in Menopause-Informed Therapy & Financial Wellness

Hi!!!

About Me...
My Story
Klea Therapy was created from a belief that mental health care should consider the whole person. Life's transitions are rarely just emotional. They often affect our health, relationships, work, caregiving responsibilities, and financial well-being. My goal is to provide a place where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to navigate those changes with confidence.
Professional Experience
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, my career has included oncology, medical social work, hospital-based case management, long-term care, and leadership within Washington State's long-term care system. Working alongside individuals and families during serious illness, complex medical decisions, aging, caregiving, and major life transitions has shaped the therapist I am today.

Those experiences taught me that no challenge exists in isolation. Emotional well-being is deeply connected to physical health, relationships, financial stress, and the systems we navigate every day.
My Approach
Today, I combine that foundation with advanced training in financial therapy and menopause-informed mental health. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and other evidence-based practices through a collaborative, whole-person lens. Together, we'll work to better understand what's contributing to your concerns and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change.
